Your registration payment secures your author participation and helps cover event planning, venue costs, marketing, and other event expenses.

Please note:

* Author registration fees are non-refundable.
* Registration fees cannot be transferred to another author or future event.
* By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the event policies and understand that your
registration fee is non-refundable for any reason, including schedule conflicts, travel issues, weather, or personal emergencies.
* Books by the Bay reserves the right to make adjustments to the event schedule, layout, or programming if necessary to ensure the best experience for attendees and participating authors.
